About Me

Hi, I’m Gabi.

A Spirit-Led Coach, certified in NLP, Hypnosis, and ECT. But before any of those titles, I was a girl growing up in a small town, silently carrying wounds I didn’t know how to heal.

From a young age, I felt like I didn’t belong. There was unresolved trauma in my family, and I spent much of my early life trying to escape it.

As a teenager, I found myself in an abusive relationship that lasted nearly five years. It left me broken, disconnected, and spiraling into adulthood with no real sense of self or safety.

What followed were years of self-destruction—addiction, self-hatred, and a deep inability to maintain healthy relationships. I felt lost. I was constantly searching for something, not even knowing what that “something” was.

My healing didn’t begin all at once. It started slowly, through whispered prayers and moments of clarity. I was drawn to spiritual practice—and eventually, I found NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Something clicked. For the first time, I understood how my subconscious patterns were shaping my reality. From there, I discovered hypnosis, breathwork, and emotional clearing. These tools didn’t just shift my mindset—they changed my life.

In early 2024, I became a certified NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, and ECT (Emotional Change Technique) Practitioner. I’m also constantly deepening my craft—continuing my education through new trainings, certifications, and spiritual study so I can bring even more depth to the people I support. I now live in Brazil with my wonderful partner, running my coaching practice online and helping others break free from their past—just as I did.

Today, my work is rooted in both lived experience and practical transformation. I guide clients through subconscious rewiring, energetic healing, and spiritual reconnection. My containers are a space for the tender, messy, magical process of returning home to yourself.

No matter where you are on your journey, I want you to know this: healing is possible. Freedom is real. And you don’t have to do it alone.
